With no additives, PVDF shows high purity and can be applied in PCB process, in which high purity requirement is necessary. PVDF products have good resistance to many chemicals including chloride chemicals, acidic chemicals, basic or amic chemicals. PVDF products also show excellent ageing resistance, high rigidity, good mechanical properties. Products made of PVDF can be used at a temperature up to 150℃ under a pressure of 0.7MPa. PVDF products are usually applied in the PCB process including photographic developing, flushing, plating, etching, film eliminating.  
1、PVDF nozzle
Specification: three junction size including 1/8", 1/4" and 3/8"; suitable for most pipes; with different spray flow ratio and spray angle for customized requirements.
2、PVDF gears:
spur gear; bevel gear; helical gear; tined gear; built-up gear
3、PVDF sleeve
driving sleeve; axial sleeve.
4、PVDF plug-in unit
sizes including 25, 30, 35, 38, 40, 41, 42, 43, 45, 46, 48. |
